CLOSED A GIVEAWAY: Once in a While We're All Crocodiles...But With a Little Love the Dark Spots will Fade Away!

THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED!

So, imagine with me, if you will, that you're a blogger, a successful career woman in the skin care business, and a wonderful mom with a flair for the entrepreneurial...

And you have a vision, and a passion.

That passion is to create you own natural and amazing skin care line, one that beautifully marries Eastern philosophies and Western science with effective ingredients, and to give back love and joy to the world around you.

So you do it. And let's say it's awesome.

Now...

Let's also imagine that, instead of using your advertising budget to create tons of marketing paraphernalia, you use that money to buy supplies and necessities to support children in third-world countries, including a local orphanage in your hometown in South Africa.

We don't need to imagine that that's even more awesome, because it is.

AND...let's say you write a children's book, one that is designed to teach kids how to look inside themselves and love who they are.

Really seems like your passion is taking flight, doesn't it?

Well as you all can see, it truly has for Claire Gutschow and her company, Meld Labs!

Now, let's say, you're a friend of Claire, and she graciously offers for you to try her product, and even give away a bottle of Fei'd AND the children's book on your blog...

YAY! That would be ME!

So you do it (because you're me, you're following this, right?) and you find that:

- Fei'd (pronounced "fade") is a greaseless, mildly scented, fabulous cream that works into your skin beautifully and quickly.

-Fei'd produces nearly instant results, as well as long-lasting positive effects! Fei'd is designed to reduce the appearance of dark marks, hyper-pigmentation, and improve the appearance of sun-damaged and aging skin. Within two days I noticed my skin was brighter and smoother, and within a month the dark circles under my eyes have reduced significantly! I KID YOU NOT! I JOKE NIL! I DO THE OPPOSITE OF PULL YOUR ARM!

-Fei'd has worked incredibly well with my other skin products! Many times I would find a skin cream I liked, but it would mess with my foundation or irritate my skin further when I used other products for my (ahem) acne control. However, I have used Fei'd with ALL my products and there is NO contradiction of any sort. I can use the cream and put on my makeup almost immediately! I can use my micro-dermabrasion product and then the cream and there is NO burning, itching or irritation! And Fei'd soaks in so quickly that I can slap on my acne cream and STILL reap the benefits of Fei'd AND the acne cream!

-Fei'd is a generous product; what I mean by that is, a half-pump from the bottle covers nearly all of my face, and a full-pump from the bottle covers my entire face and neck. I have been using it consistently for a little over a month (day and night) and still have 3/4 of the bottle left. I love that it is a pump style, therefore the cream stays fresh and untainted.

Pick an arbitrary number of stars for this product. I give it the full amount. So, for example, if you picked 20 billion stars, that's how many it gets. Hands down.

NOW...imagine you're you. Which should be cake. Well, you're not actually cake but, easy...wait. That came out wrong. ON TO THE GIVEAWAY!

By entering you have a chance to win your very own bottle of Fei'd (a $59.99 value) AND a copy of the children's book, Once in a while we're all crocodiles, written by Claire and illustrated by Sarah Spatz (a $19.99 value). You DON'T have to imagine this y'all, it's FOR REAL!

TO ENTER! (I LOVE YELLING AT YOU!)

MANDATORY:

1. Visit Fei'd Skin Care, then come back here, and comment, telling me what impresses you most! This counts as 1 (one) entry!

OPTIONAL:

1. Like Fei'd Skincare on Facebook, come back here and leave a comment telling me you did so! This counts as 1 (one) entry.

2. Visit Claire on her blog and show her some support and love by subscribing to her feed. Come back here and comment telling me you did so! This counts as 1 (one) entry.

3. Mention this giveaway on your blog, linking to this giveaway, come back here with the link to your post and receive 5 (five) more entries! Comment once and I will count in the extra entries for you.

YAY!

This giveaway will run for 10 (ten) full days, from Monday, April 11th to Thursday April 21st, ending at 4pm EST. At that time I will use the random number generator (RNG) to choose a winner. WOOOOOOT!

The winner will have 3 (three) days to contact me via email on my blog. If I do not hear from said winner, I will run the RNG again and announce a new winner.

And there you have it folks! Thanks to Claire! A great vision, product and company! I SO hope you win! And by you I mean, you...

I visited the website and I must say I agree with my fellow commenters. The list of ingredients is awe inspiring. It all looks fresh and wonderful!

Also, if by using this product I can look like a gorgeous Asian young woman, I'm in.

Also, my neck is going the way of the crocodile. I kind of need this product.

I liked the skin evaluation. That impressed me. That's all I've got because I was impressed before I even got there based on your post. And I'm not even being smug.

Wonderful info on the site. Love this part:
Traditional Eastern healers believe that uneven skin tone is caused by a lack of qi (chi) circulation to the skin. To treat uneven skin tone, traditional healers therefore actively target the meridians that govern the function of the skin. Namely the Lung (Fei), Spleen (Pi) and Liver (Gan) meridians, which regulate energy flow to and from the epidermis, dermis and hypodermis.

What impressed me the most about Fei'd Skin Care was the ingredients I saw in their product. Here are some of the ingredients I saw in there: sunflower, coconut and jojoba oil, beeswax, lavender, chamomile, Vitamins A and E, Mulberry, Ginseng, etc.

They truly seem to be made up of pure & healthy natural ingredients, which I think is extremely impressive. I would like less chemicals on my skin, and more of these great natural skin helpers!

Thanks for the great giveaway, and congratulations to Claire on launching this great product!

Fei'd is liked by one more. I liked their questionnaire on their site - it has good info! Plus, I've been on the lookout for more products that are natural, especially avoiding parabens. I've just recently noticed some dark spots on my face (now that I live in the desert, I tan much more!) so it might be time to do something about that...

Cool giveaway, Kim!!

Just subscribed to Claire's feed - she is hilarious and fun! Can't wait to read more - especially about her shaved-head punk rock days... :-)

I found it most interesting that they don't give money. You hear about how Aid has been managed poorly & is often difficult to track. Seems that giving something tangible & useful makes sense.

I love that they "give back" from proceeds to help the underprivileged...and that the product says it removes "discolorations". I have a hideous dark spot amongst my eyebrow I would LOVE to have disappear! So, count me in on your little giveaway and wish me luck!! xxoo
